Recently, my husband and I visited Cancun, Mexico and came upon VBZ grapes in a local market.  We were walking around the "mercado" admiring the fruits and vegetables and noticed the distinct VBZ label.  We recognized the brand having seen it many times in local grocery stores in our area.  We decided to spend a day at the beach and wanted some snacks, so bought 2 bags of VBZ red globes.  Because VBZ grapes are grown in central California and there we were in the southern most part of Mexico, we were astonished at their quality and freshness.  The VBZ grapes we found in a place so far from home were just as crisp, sweet and delicious as if we had bought them at a grocery store in our own neighborhood in southern California.

Wow!!! I bought some red seedless grapes at the Vons in San Diego and I was really impressed. So much so I went back to buy more and needed to let you know.

Being in the produce business I can say that the quality and sweet taste (brix) were superior almost every grape I had was crisp and sweet.
