1. Arrange grapes, bread, cheese, ham, turkey, and kiwifruit on serving platter. Each ingredient looks best if arranged in its own group. Overlap bread and Swiss cheese in rows, if desired. Roll up slices of ham or turkey. Mound Cheddar cheese cubes and kiwifruit. Place crackers in a basket nearby.
2. Spoon mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard into small bowls and place near the platter. Make sure you have a small spoon or knife for each bowl.
